But don?t let your last harvest of the year go to waste. Use up those vegetables with this simple and delicious salsa recipe that only takes a few minutes! Ingredients: 6 garden fresh tomatoes ½ sweet onion ½ green bell pepper 1 clove garlic ¼ cup fresh cilantro jalapeno peppers to taste 2 teaspoons olive oil ½ lime, juiced ⅛ teaspoon salt Directions: Place onion, bell pepper, garlic and jalapeno into a food processor or blender. Pulse until finely chopped. Next, add tomatoes, olive oil, lime juice and salt. Pulse a few times until it is the consistency you?d like. Pro Tip: Let the salsa sit for at least 20 minutes (up to 24 hours) before serving so the flavors can come together for the best tasting results.
